Today is the day… we announce the winner of the #RipCurlVirtualPro.
 
We created the world’s first digital surf competition, and didn’t let anyone know. The Rip Curl Virtual Pro presented by @tourismfiji tracked everyone with a SearchGPS watch, that logged their surfs between 4-14 March 2023. 
 
The scoring criteria was based on 2 key metrics: wave length and wave speed. Bonus points were allocated for surfing a new location and cadence (a wave every 4 minutes).
