Fitzy’s Choc Cauliflower Brownies:
- 1 C of steamed and mashed Cauliflower
- 1/4 C of Chocolate @almondbreezeaus
- 1/3 C Cocao powder
- 1 C of flour of choice
- tsp baking powder
- 1/4 C of Dark Choc chunks
- 1/4 C of chopped walnuts ( can be nut free)
- 1/4 C of sweetener of choice… I used honey this time.
- 1 egg beaten ( can do soaked chia seeds to replace)
Very user friendly mix it all up and place it in a tray… I cooked it for around 30 mins on 180 degrees. Up to you and your oven relationship with cook time. Keep eyes on the prize!
Melty Choc topping:
- 1/2 C quality dark Choc
- 1 Tbs Coconut oil
- 2 Tbs approx Chocolate @almondbreeze
Eyeball this a lot to make the desired consistency 👌🏼
