Friendly Reminder to my mommas! ✨

1) Everyone’s journey and recovery is different, make sure you have green light by your medical team.

2) Work with a pelvic floor specialist or do some research that will teach you to understand how to properly engage the core and pelvic floor through these exercises to recover nicely.

3) Always listen to your body. It should not hurt or be in pain, slow and steady workouts are great to begin with.

4) Be kind to yourself. Your body just went through a massive transformation. So be patient, work with your body and mind. Give yourself time and a whole lot of grace in the process.💗
