Today was leg day. Medium heavy Hatfield squats w safety squat bar, leg ext, leg curl, calf raises. Workout was prolly a 3 out of 5.
But I did show up and get it done.
Then hit the sauna for 40 min at 150*.
I do not use any pre workout drinks or supplements other than coffee if I need it.
But as it is Friday night, I do have a post workout drink. Broken Skull IPA for the win.
Pro Tip- Alcohol is not going to get you stronger or leaner.
With that being said, it’s Friday night.
