The other day, I had another examination of the elbow that was injured last week, and it seems that the ligaments on the inside of the elbow and the pronation flexor muscles of the forearm were damaged. (Last time it was too swollen and hard to see) I was told by doctor that a 2weeks immobilization in a cast and rest would be the shortest and most effective treatment. So, in the next two weeks, I would like to fully heal my left arm and do my best in training other parts. I will do my best to make it in time for June. 残念なお知らせになってしまいますが、BWC第3戦ソルトレイクシティはキャンセルすることになりました。先週に怪我をした肘を先日もう一度検査したところ、肘の内側の靱帯、前腕の回内屈筋群を損傷していたようです。（前回は腫れすぎていて分かりづらかった） 2週間のギプスでの固定して安静にすることが最短で最大の治療効果を得られるとお医者さんに言ってもらいました。ということで、この2週間は左腕はしっかり治し、他の部位のトレーニングを頑張りたいと思います。今度こそ！！！ 6月のヨーロッパには間に合わせます！ゆる募:でっかいスラブがあるジム教えてください🙏笑 @team_edelrid @morinagatraininglab」5月9日 13時03分
