5月5日子供の日に茶道のお稽古をしたよ👫🏽🍵🇯🇵
この日は、先生が朝早くからできたての柏餅をもってきてくれたの。　子供の日にどうして柏餅なんだろう？とおもってきいてみたら素敵な事を教えてくれたよ↓

柏の木は、新しい葉っぱがでてくるまで古い葉っぱが落ちない性質になっていて、それはまるで古い葉が親で新芽が子供に例えられているんだよ。つまり、「子孫繁栄＝家系が途切れないように」という意味で神聖なる木として大切にされているみたい🌱
ちなみに、柏の葉っぱってとても素敵な個性的な香りがするけれど、「フィトンチッド」と呼ばれる葉が出している香りの成分で、これは、私達人間の自律神経を刺激して精神をリラックスさせる効果があるんだって☺️柏さんやさしい〜♪

I took a tea ceremony class on Children's Day, May 5th🍵🇯🇵
On this day, my teacher brought me fresh Kashiwamochi early in the morning. I asked my teacher why people eat Kashiwa mochi on Children’s day? Then teacher told me something beautiful!!

Kashiwa tree has a property in which old leaves do not fall until new ones grow and root. It’s almost like the old leaves are symbolic of our parents and the sprouts to their children. In other words, Kashiwa tree is cherished as a sacred tree in the sense of prosperity of descendants = Don't cut off your family line 🌱
Also! Kashiwa leaves have a very nice and unique scent. There is a component of the scent produced by a leaf called phytoncide, which seems to stimulate our autonomic nerves and relax our minds ♪ Thank you Kashiwa tree☺
