I didn’t take enough photographs, for which I can only apologise, but I was far too busy eating! Anyway, here are *those* chips, the ones I’d fly across the world for –and have: crisp and garlicky and tossed with oregano and feta. But everything was sensational! I had intended to list everything I ate, but I couldn’t presume upon your patience! Anyway, I’ll be back here soon, and promise I’ll photograph and itemise everything then.
