Here are some tips from @hairbylisamathews to create the perfect bob for your guests ⤵️
➖Body position is critical for cutting a lob. Have your client sit straight up, legs uncrossed and head slightly tilted forward.
➖Establish a guide- I always have my client look in the mirror and show them how much they want cut off before we start the cut
➖After you cut your guide tilt their head forward to remove any shelf at the occipital
➖When cutting the sides slightly tilt their head and use your comb to guide your fingers. Don’t use too much tension. This will create unwanted graduation when the goal is a blunt line
➖After the blowdry go back in and fine-tune cut. I love using my Olivia Garden precision cut shears to point cut the perimeter
