Fresh Harry’s Berries just came in from California, so we’re making making this gorgeous Harry’s Berries Strawberry Pistachio Tart for 2 for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. Juicy ripe berries with creamy pistachio whipped ganache, homemade strawberry jam, and chopped pistachios, dotted with wild Fraises des Bois strawberries from Spain for even more fragrant berry flavor, all set atop a sablé Breton cookie base.
