I didn't have a set plan, but I was hopeful to see some colorful flowers or a vibrant sunset. On the way out I spotted a couple of cars pulled over on the side of the road, each with their respective occupants snapping photos on their phone of something. I presumed it was either a beautiful grove of wildflowers or that the Salt River Horses were nearby.
