There will be tough days but your mind will slowly become quieter. I can verify there were days were I sobbed for the entire hour of the chant, there were days I didn’t want to get up whilst it was still dark , there were days I fell asleep during it and yes none of it made any sense to the logical side of my brain that wanted to understand why. The why is in the feeling I have now… On day 41 , waking up excited to sing for an hour, to write down the ideas and dreams I have for the day ahead, to feel more in my body , more displined, more aware. It doesn’t have to make sense, it’s a feeling.
