I was sad to hear of the passing of singer, actor, and social justice activist Harry Belafonte. I met him briefly years ago through his daughter Gina, an amazing activist and person in general. I began this art tribute to Harry a few months ago, and though it is unfinished, it is important to share it today. Thank you for your inspiration and amazing and courageous work, Mr. Belafonte… the world needs more people like you!
