So happy to finally share this amazing recipe.
The slices are mouthwateringly good and they are filled with nutrients!
I used four different kinds of nuts because that's what I had at home, but you can also just choose two different kinds of nuts.

What you need:
40 g virgin coconut oil, melted, plus extra for greasing
150 g almonds
150 g cashews
160 g pitted Medjool dates
40 g dried cranberries
65 g almond butter
60 g honey
½ tsp natural vanilla extract or powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
150 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

1) Blend nuts and dates.

2) Add cranberries, melted coconut oil, almond butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Stir until combined to a thick masse.

3) Transfer mixture into a prepared square cake tin (either greased with coconut oil or baking paper), smooth evenly and press down on the mixture.
Place in the fridge for a minimum of two hours or until firm.

4) Melt chocolate and pour over mixture.
Cut into squares before chocolate sets completely.
Place back in the fridge for 10-15min.
