Let me tell you, this Bucatini Cacio e Pepe was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever tasted (and the women I got chatting to who was sat next to me said the same thing). I was sat up at the bar area and felt a bit shaky at first, being extremely aware that I was going for dinner by myself and everyone else was coupled up, but 10 mins later + a gin cocktail, I just embraced that time on my own and enjoyed every second of the food.
