Domenica eravamo in uno stadio Olimpico Grande Torino gremito dove più di 21mila persone sono accorse per assistere alla 30esima giornata di Serie A che ha visto contro Torino e Salernitana. Due squadre che condividono lo stesso colore, il granata, e anche la stessa passione, vista l’affluenza, i cori e la voglia di spingere fino all’ultimo secondo le rispettive squadre.

Le nostre lenti si sono soffermate prima a bordo campo per osservare da più vicino i protagonisti della sfida e poi nella Curva Maratona, un nome scelto per la presenza, nello stadio comunale di Torino, nell’area retrostante la curva stessa, della “Torre Maratona”, alta 42 metri e simboleggiante lo spirito di sacrificio degli atleti.

Una curva storica in Italia, famosa per il suo attaccamento alla squadra e ai suoi colori, tant’è che fu deciso di ritirare la maglia nº 12, assegnandola simbolicamente alla Maratona. Qual è il vostro scatto preferito?

On Sunday we were in a packed Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino where more than 21.000 people flocked to watch the 30th Serie A match between Torino and Salernitana. Two teams that share the same colour, granata, and also the same passion, given the turnout, the chants and the desire to push their respective teams until the last second.

Our lenses lingered first on the sidelines to get a closer look at the protagonists of the challenge and then in the Curva Maratona, a name chosen for the presence, in the area behind the curve itself, of the 'Torre Maratona', 42 metres high and symbolising the athletes' spirit of sacrifice.

It is a historic curve in Italy, famous for its attachment to the team and its colours, so much so that it was decided to retire the No. 12 jersey, symbolically assigning it to the Maratona. What is your favourite shot?
