I’d like to share a part of my morning routine which helps me be a little bit better everyday.
After waking up it’s important to get sunlight in your eyes within 0-60min after waking. This helps reset your circadian rhythm which helps you sleep better at night.
I like to do that with my gratitude journal, and have a moment to be grateful before I start my day.
Then most of the times I’m taking an Ice Bath, I do this 4-5 times a week. Ice Baths helps you;
- Recover faster after training
- Reduces inflammation and swelling
- Supports immunity
- Improves sleep
- Makes you more resilience against stress
- Release of endorphins which improve mood and reduce stress
