I had a knee surgery on Thursday. It is frustrating sometimes not be able to dance, but I will try to be patient and take it one day at a time to recover fully. I am so grateful for the support my amazing friends, family and TBS team @teatruldebaletsibiu have provided me, it left me feeling very cared for & warmed my heart. I will come back stronger🍀
去年の夏から膝の痛みで悩まされ、2月には膝が110度以上曲がらなくなり日常生活も困難な状態となった為、今回手術することを決断しました。無事に手術を終えることが出来、家族、友達、周りの皆さんに支えられて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
健康第一、これからリハビリが始まりますが焦らず、少しずつ頑張ります。
