One of the biggest reasons I launched this YouTube channel and created #MovingRightAlong is because the sport of ski racing is struggling with visibility due to @fisalpine TV rights challenges globally. In Europe, ski racing is mostly accessible and easy to view, but in the United States it’s an entirely different situation. (Extremely thankful for @stifelfinancial for sponsoring the broadcast coverage for World Championships and many of the final races of the season)
That’s why, in a season where TV coverage was far less than ideal, my hope was to make it more accessible and maybe play a role in making it more visually accessible…for free and unrestricted globally.

Of course, the first season of the series has been focused on my personal story, and doesn’t really even begin to cover the other incredible athletes and stories in ski racing. I understand it’s a complex issue, but I sincerely hope we can get to a better place with TV rights, where the sport is accessible to view more broadly and more affordably globally. I will continue to try to help make it better, so that the sport can thrive for generations to come…and then hopefully some little ripper out there will reset all of the records for the entire world to witness!!🤙
