Mamas do not overlook your core! I know you’re super busy with a baby (or babies!) BUT hear me out. You can do this for just a few minutes a day and the benefits far outweigh how tired we are. Your core is so important- if your diastasis recti goes untreated your core muscles continue to weaken which can lead to chronic lower back, hip, or pelvic pain, reduced mobility, & pelvic floor disfunction. And if I can’t convince you with all that, ab separation is usually the cause of your belly bulging out even months or years after giving birth.
Check out my last reel for how to self check your abs and then try to do this mini circuit every day til you feel your abs repair.
