An important step in my personal process is recognizing the things I want to be better at and facing the insecurities that I have allowed to slowly creep in. It’s painful, but as I begin to say all those things out loud vs letting them fester I am realizing how obtainable it actually is to chip away at them one by one. I am peeling myself down to my core and leaning on those closest to me, in doing so I’ve rediscovered that most of the things about myself that I’ve deemed “not good enough” are actually what makes me ME. So I’m working on doubling down on those parts of me instead of giving up on them. I’m not yet at the next plateau, but it’s not a sprint and I’m getting there…I know all of us have felt like this so if you are currently struggling, don’t give up, and don’t give in to the white noise on loop in your head.
