Discipline or regret? Pick one!
Thank you to @menshealthmag for hanging with me and @markrhinosmith on #FitnessFriday. Now that I’m 50, resistance training combined with explosive functional movements help me stay quick and agile. It’s not always easy to be healthy and in shape because we have old habits that need replacing, trauma that needs healing, and busy lives that are often overwhelming. But it’s fairly simple to take small steps in the right direction, introduce better habits, be and talk nice to yourself….
We can start right where we are and look ahead with a new mindset each day. My emotions of the past can stay in the past. I’m setting a new intention with an elevated/positive emotion to manifest my tomorrow.
