I would hide in bathroom stalls in the locker room while changing, terrified of anyone seeing my body. & I would never have been caught without a full face of makeup… For me- my journey of self love is displayed by how much I show my body. “Modesty empowers some. Nudity others. And it’s not up to you to tell a woman how she feels empowered.” — is one of my favorite quotes. Some days I still look in the mirror and the first instinct is to criticize the image looking back- but I’m working to identify it and immediately tell myself I am beautiful and powerful and capable of all things. As I grow, I try to focus less on what my body looks like and everything it’s capable of doing. My arms are strong 💪😏 and you should seee how fast these hands can be 🥊💥 haha. I create beautiful lines while dancing 💃🏻 and the 🍑 can pop baby 😂. Not a size 0/2 but can currently run a mile under 7 min 🏃‍♀️, take off and land a plane ✈️ and can play the drums to a variety of Queen’s classics 🥁. & I think that’s all way cooler ☺️😘」3月15日 22時26分
