On International Women’s Day, let’s take a moment to reflect on what we can do to achieve the equal participation of women in finance and the economy, and to make the world a better and more sustainable place.

We need to embrace equity. Circumstances, needs, resources and challenges vary, and we need to make sure that all women have access to what they need to succeed.

That’s what this year’s campaign pose is about: embracing equity and calling for change.
