Idk, getting back to the gym after having babies is a feeling I can’t explain. Working out for me is my outlet… always has been! It’s where I can go to sweat it out, find my center, get my sh*t together and leave feeling accomplished and happy. Yesterday I got the clearance from my doctor and I did it. Was this workout like two years ago katya- lifting heavy and going balls to the wall crazy?? No. But was it an amazing start? HELL YEAH!!
