Over the 5 day camp, Kevin shared not only his in-depth knowledge of the game of tennis, but his knowledge about mindfulness and meditation that has helped him tremendously in his own life. Throughout the trip, ICF / TEAM BRYAN youth experienced professional-level tennis training and coaching from Kevin, mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, open and meaningful conversations, team-building activities on the beach, cold plunges, and much much more all alongside Kevin Anderson. A special thank you goes out to Kevin & his family, as well as hosts Buddy & Dylan for housing our team and being so welcoming and open to everyone. You all truly helped make this trip an extraordinary experience!
