I sometimes get sucked into the comparison game & feeling behind in life and oof does it just make you spiral. Over the past few years of ups & downs mentally especially, I found my self comparing my journey to other people’s and how they continued to crush it while I was just slowly letting my goals slip away - and that way of thinking can just push you further and further down. ⁣

I try not to dwell on the past and realize all seasons are different and you can always get back on your path. Your journey isn’t supposed to look like everybody else’s, so try your best to not get stuck in the comparison game 🤝🏻
