I’m fitter then before, my body had the chance to heal all the mini injuries while pregnancy due to its proper rest and hormonal change. I reached again a fitness level where I can push so hard that I can’t sleep the night after a climbing day because my muscles are all sore. I somehow forgot that feeling and even if it hurts, I’m happy having it back. One other big change is my entire “hips” zone. It’s reacting pretty strong when I climb hard, tendons needs to find their original tightnesses. Sometimes it’s unreal to imagine that 8 months ago my hips got so wide and soft in order to give birth. I have such a huge motivation and joy of life! Honestly, if some girls are afraid of body change after pregnancy, I can totally understand.
