Here'is the step by step on "Scary" Rag Doll Costume Makeup??? 1.) glue Andrea bottom lashes #26 1/2 an inch below natural (w/ clear adhesive lash glue) & start the lash 1/2 inch away from inner corner of eyes?, so outer lash can circle up and around eyes 2.) apply NYX jumbo pencil in MILK, and be generous to cover waterline & natural lashes (on lashes that don't cover, use a micro amount of lash glue; let dry and cover again with white?) 3.) apply (wet) UV-DAYGLO Kryolan aqua color in PINK, let dry and blend up with your favorite light pink shimmer shadow 4.) apply Sally Girl iridescent glitter w/ gel adhesive to brow bone 5.) line entire eye w/ Revlons color stay liquid liner, circling around eye (as pictured) 6.) Cut @sugarpillmakeup "V" false eyelashes and apply to top outer corners 7.) For lips? line w/ Mac's MORE TO LOVE & fill in w/ MAC's PINK NOUVEAU or you can use the HOT PINK like I later did (your choice?)
