1 week postpartum with Zya vs 1 week postpartum with Harlem. If you’ve been following me, you know my story about my first pregnancy- I ate extremely unhealthy and I ate everything in sight. I didn’t workout either. The way I ate also affected my mental health. My anxiety was always at an all time high. This second pregnancy was so much different, I promised myself to be active (doing my @wbkfit fit mama program up until 3rd trimester) and I promised to eat healthy. I completely cleaned up my diet. I followed all my @wbkfit challenge meal plans from my app. I was so motivated. And it shows postpartum. I feel sooooo much more clear in the head and at ease. No anxiety whatsoever. So, here are my experiment results I told you I’d share with y’all! Lol! I am team Healthy Pregnancy all the way 🙌🏽😊 that was so much fun. Crazy huh?
