Starting with my elbow injury in January, I wasn't able to get back in shape in time for the start of the Worldcup season. I worked really hard in summer and I put a lot of pressure on myself to show everyone that I was finally back and maybe that was the mistake. My physical shape improved a lot, but if your head won't play along, it's hard to show your best. When everything resulted into loosing my job as a professional athlete, I fell into a deep hole. For the first time in my life I questioned everything I was doing. But luckily there were so many people who I could talk to. With their support I felt like I could tackle the world again - THANK YOU 🫶 I'm feeling very ready for 2023 and all the challenges that will come along the way.
