The past week has been a complete whirlwind and I haven’t even had a moment to sit and reflect or process it all! Receiving this accolade of Best Host/Presenter at the Asian Television Awards means more than just a shiny trophy to me. I’ve always been prone to self doubt from the very beginning of my career, and that affected my confidence. It wasn’t built overnight… I was a quiet, shy kid and no one would even notice I’m in the room 😂 This was such a moment to me because I love what I do deeply, and it also taught me to have more confidence in myself and to trust the process.
