🍳 Egg yolk is one of my favorite sources of nutrients & healthy fats. It is actually THE MOST nutrient dense part of the egg, so it pains me when I see people only eating the whites. Unfortunately, this superfood has been demonized for “increasing cholesterol” for so long, but that is simply not the case. Saturated fat from animals is the healthiest fat for us to consume! I also cook my eggs in other nutrient dense fats like tallow, butter or ghee!
