Join me in making a Mo-mentary mark on men’s mental health this @movember. (Even though this one is temporary 😉)

I’m delighted to be partnering with leading men’s mental and physical health charity @movember to raise awareness of the difficulties many face when talking about their health. It’s vital we remove the stigma around speaking up about our own mental health.

This year, ‘tasche or no ‘tasche everyone, including myself (I’ve always struggled to grow a decent mo 😂) can get involved in this fantastic initiative by sporting a temporary tattoo deaigned by the legendary @the_dan_gold

Simply head down to the UK’s first Tats & Chats tattoo parlour @outernetlondon on Monday 31st October to make your very own Mo-mentary mark and join the Movember movement to support people across the globe.
