Mom brain is real. I’m trying to fight my way out of the fog and that doesn’t seem to work. Relaxing, and surrendering is very very hard for me. I’ve worked through a lot of insecurities, and worked a lot on improving my mindset around money and work but every now and then old habits and thoughts pop in. Taking each day as an opportunity to do my best and practice gratitude seems to be the right move but that is easier said than done. This post is really just me trying to hold myself accountable.
