Joanne’s Strawberry Fool Recipe:
1) Whip 1 cup heavy cream with 1/4 cup sugar until soft and fluffy.
2) Whisk in 4 ounces softened room temperature cream cheese and 1/4 cup crème fraîche (or sour cream).
3) Hull (remove stems) 2 cups strawberries and set aside a few pretty strawberries for garnish.
4) Quarter the strawberries and fold into the whipped cream mixture.
5) Spoon into serving bowls and top with reserved strawberries. Delicious!!!
