Rehab is just as much a part of #TheGrind as strength conditioning or gymnastics routines. It is such an important aspect of training. These are some great exercises that I follow when I am working on my recovery.

🤸‍♀️Balancing on one leg while rotating free leg around body

🤸‍♀️Standing on half foam roll while flexing leg muscles to build balance and strength

🤸‍♀️Scrunching Toes against wall while doing calf raises and slowly twisting body

🤸‍♀️Jumping rope for cardio/agility

🤸‍♀️One legged squats and calf raises to build muscle in legs and ankles

🤸‍♀️Band work and Stretching after workout to keep the body loose
