This was a crazy workout 🥵 Loveeeee me an INTENSE leg day, the pump was realllll🔥
1. 15x Smith Machine Squats
2. 12-15x Trap Bar Deadlift
4 Sets
1. 10x Goblet Squat into RDL
2. 12x Smith Machine Good Morning
4 Sets
1. 10 x each side Elevated Backward stepping Lunge w/dumbbell 🔥
2. Weighted Step Up
3 Sets
I have to say this is probably my FAVORITE leg day workout I have done in a while - I felt the burn so good and I can see the changes in my body... YAY ME!
