They offer authentic Sapporo style miso ramen. What's different about their ramen is that they use a combination of white and red miso paste for their broth to enhance the flavour. When ordering your ramen, you have the option of choosing the noodles to be cooked soft, medium or firm. The noodles were cooked to al dente and had a nice chewiness. Both ramen broths were rich and flavorful but were slightly on the saltier side. The char siu was so soft and tender. The original miso also comes with ground pork for some extra protein. The tomato ramen was very unique with the melted cheese. I've never had tomato broth ramen so this was definitely an interesting experience. This bowl is perfect all cheese lovers! The soft-boiled egg was my absolute favourite! They look like a hen and rooster couple and were absolutely too cute to eat. The eggs were cooked to perfection with a nice runny center.
