Today we are talking about a hard thing close to my heart: WOMEN AT WORK!

I admire and adore Bozoma Saint John. She sits, often as the only Black woman, at the most powerful tables in the corporate world, laying a foundation for those who will come after her.

But as Boz says, she’s not looking to be a humble martyr. She wants her roses – and she wants them for those who are coming behind her.

She’s here sharing practical guidance to all who are navigating the minefield of being a woman in the professional or corporate worlds – including:

1. How to know when to dig deep, and stay and fight for change – and when to stop digging and go;
2. How vital it is to forgive ourselves *quickly* for making the wrong choice; and
3. How her “It’s not you, it’s me” philosophy can guide us out of bad situations.
