Moms I have a question for you..

Does it ever get easier🥺 anyone else get terrible separation anxiety when they leave their little one??

Not because she isn't being looked after but when you spend so much time nurturing your child and you leave to be without her, you constantly wonder about how she is doing.

So for me I find that heading to my workout or to get work done is a good way for me to be cognizant of this behavior because I want to make sure I am the best and healthiest version of myself so that I can mother her the best way possible.

BUT I am curious if anyone else has experienced this and would love to know some ways you have overcome this feeling? Let me know below!!
