LEGS & BOOTY: MY TOP 3 MOVES FOR BUILDING AND SHAPING 🔥

One question I get ALL the time is "what are your favorite booty/leg building exercises?" - Well here is the tea 🫖 for you all - so SAVE THIS POST.

1. Sumo Squats
-Targeting the glutes, the sumo squat is a functional compound movement, it builds strength with purpose that mimics human movement. Sumo squat places more emphasis on midline stability and strength, improving mobility, posture, and balance
2. Stationary Lunges
1. Heavy Stationary Lunges help you strengthen your lower body, increase core strength, muscle tissue and help you get that perfect booty you always hoped for. It’s definitely a killer & you I don’t go without it.
3. Romanian Dead Lifts
-Romanian and stiff-legged deadlifts target your hamstrings more than the standard form, making them ideal for people wishing to strengthen this area.

Now once SUPER important point to remember is that, yes these moves will help shape and build your lower body if you do them consistently BUT another super important factor in growing your muscles is your FOOD INTAKE!
