My 4 go-to glute exercises:
1) donkey kicks
2) straight leg raises
3) straight leg pulses
4) fire hydrants
You can use ankle weights or just do body weight. Both will leave your glutes burninggg 🔥🔥🔥
(Make sure you keep both hips parallel to the ground. Don’t let you body weight move over to the knee that’s on the ground)
