Being as I’m 19, that means the better part of my life has been spent on social media. In fact, I can’t really remember the days that it wasn’t. People like to say that this is what makes my family different than other creators; we were growing up while yall were growing up too. It wasn’t an overnight life change. It was 13 years of hard work, sacrifice, and lots of fun that got us to where we are today. For us kids, it’s hard to even fathom because YouTube made us who we are. All of our memories are on YouTube. Years of our life documented. Every birthday, first day of school, family vacation, and life milestone is there for us to look back on. For our future kids and grandkids to look back on. We now have a collection of memories- a video journal. A documentary not just about me, but about my entire family. Others get to watch that years from now and watch us grow up, living with us. But we get to watch it and relive those memories. Youtube gave us an opportunity, and it changed our lives and will continue to change our lives forever. Good things don’t last forever, but it looks like we’re lucky enough to have it last a little longer. Thank you all for your love, support, and friendship over the years.
