7am mornings ♥️ I could be proud of many things… but currently I’m most proud that I went to bed at 23:30 (so BEFORE midnight) for 3 days in a row already 😌 this hasn’t happened since… 8th grade? So for 12 years? 🤣🤣 I don’t know how I can be such a hardcore disciplined person but I never prioritised my bedtime. Positive side effect: I’m waking up naturally at 7:30 and my day feels longer than ever 😅😮‍💨
