So I got this super amazing golden flax cereal from Ezekiel for my 4 o' clock snack, but realized I had no milk in the house! (seed milk that is, cows milk is for calves). I had some sprouted (soaked) almonds in the fridge so I decided to whip up my own almond milk - super easy! Put your soaked almonds in the blender, add water (if you live in the Caribbean and don't have cold water like me, add an ice cube), press the button. Done. A four-year old child could do this - and so can you! So stop buying the stuff and start making your own; cheaper, healthier and super delicious!
