I was a minor the first time I was harassed in the street. I was walking with a friend when a man started following us. We felt so unsafe that we ran and hide in someone else’s residence. It was a first time but not the last time that I felt my sense of security was jeopardized,
and unfortunately I’m definitely not the only one.
It means a lot to be able to talk about this issue, and I am proud to join @L'Oréal Paris Makeup on their commitment to be part of the solution through Stand Up, a program that invites women and men to safely respond when they see or experience street harassment.
