Wolf passed away last night. A few hours after receiving a positive update about his second round of dialysis, I got a phone call from one of his doctors telling me his heart rate was elevated and his blood pressure had dropped. He developed a high fever and despite pushing medication they couldn’t get it under control. He passed before we could get to the hospital. I am at a loss for what to say. I am overwhelmed at all of the kindness and generosity so many people have shown us. He had such a wonderful life and seeing how much he was loved gives me some peace. He lives inside my heart now. Thank you to everyone who donated to help him have a chance. We closed donations last night after learning the news. The money everyone raised is enough to pay for the cost of his time spent in the hospital and for the treatments he did receive. Thank you all so much.
