And while it may seem, and occasionally have moments of perceived glamour, there is a whole other side to production the public never gets to see. The moments/people who are not cut together into a perfectly curated “blooper reel” or “special features”—The REAL stars that you guys don’t get the opportunity to know, our incredible crews. They are truly the backbone of the entire entertainment industry (let me repeat, there would be absolutely *zero* netflix and chillin’ without these rockstars), yet they are currently fighting to be provided basic human necessities, like fair wages and working conditions in which REAL SAFETY is ensured. I’ve too often seen the well being, safety, and quality of life of compromised in unthinkable ways. I won’t go into details cause I could be here for days, but change is long fuckin’ over due.
