Okay, every single time I do slow cooked lamb you guys ask for the recipe so this morning I thought i’d do a video to show you while I have my @bangenergy morning pick me up!



I don’t have an exact recipe as such but let me just tell you the meat literally falls to pieces and those of you that have followed it have said the same!



I just slow cook it on low for 8 hours with a decent amount of beef stock (this amount will be dependant on how big the leg is but needs to cover the majority of the meat)



You can put whatever you like in there, but I pierce the skin with garlic cloves and rosemary, then add a little more to slow cooker also, along with salt and pepper.



I don’t even look at it until after atleast 7 hours then blast it on high grill in the oven for 20 mins after drying the skin and adding loads of salt and olive oil. This makes the skin amazinggg!



Super easy dinner and awesome for a day you’re busy working away and can’t be bothered thinking of dinner 🥰
