It goes such a long way being kind towards someone and even better it’s free. It cost nothing but a little bit of time dedicated towards someone to make them feel special and the way I am contributing is by bringing “Inclusivity” into the workspace. Growing up I’ve always felt alienated amongst others and I realized it’s because there were not others like myself in the same rooms being treated as such. Well that all changes today.
